The breakfast at this hotel was mind-blowing with a wide range of options and a nice presentation. The rooms were super comfy with nice bedding and a good size. The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. The hotel also had a seasonal outdoor pool, which was a jaw-dropping addition for the children. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant which was very good.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff. The pool was a highlight of the weekend, especially since the weather was sunny and warm. The location was convenient as we were able to easily explore different areas nearby.

The room decor was outdated and the facilities were not functioning well. We had issues with the USB plug and the fridge.

If you are going to visit chateau de la buzine, you can stay here. Perfect for city break. Saint-Menet neighborhood deserves to be explored.

We had a great stay at this hotel due to its cleanliness, great hotel facilities, convenient parking, and helpful staff. The breakfast had a lot of options and was well presented. Additionally, the hotel is family-friendly and has a pool that is perfect for a nice splash on warm days. The hotel's location in an area with shopping options was also a plus.

Staying at Novotel was a pleasant experience. The friendly reception made us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice standard Novotel bathroom. Although the hotel could do with an update, it had everything we needed for a good stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, even though the service was a bit slow due to understaffing. we had a positive experience at Novotel and would recommend it to others.

The room at Novotel Marseille Est Porte d'Aubagne is just perfect! It feels like a cozy home with all the amenities you need, including a TV, minibar, and free WiFi. The sofa bed is a nice touch, perfect for families with children like me. I truly felt at ease and comfortable during my stay.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking, but others might appreciate it.

I chose Novotel for its convenient location near the attractions I wanted to visit in Marseille. The reception staff at Novotel were extremely helpful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional features at the hotel, such as complimentary wireless internet access and tour/ticket assistance. I especially liked the option of enjoying a meal or snack in the restaurant, bar, or on the terrace.

Taxi service was not very helpful. They had their own arrangements and charged higher prices.

The breakfast selection was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. The pillows were comfortable and provided good neck support. the hotel was conveniently located near a popular tourist attraction and a shopping area.

The entire hotel had a strange smell, possibly due to lack of proper ventilation. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were stains on the bed sheets.

Staff were very helpful although you shouldn't expect them to speak good English. The location is good in terms of access to the motorways, but is - as with so many French hotels - basically in the middle of a business/industrial/commercial estate so there's not much around of interest if you don't have a car. Decent breakfasts, friendly if over-priced bar, and good air conditioning in the rooms.

Great value for the money, with high-quality coffee and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was convenient, not too far from the city, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
